Flat Iron Steak You can also use skirt or flap steak
1/2 cup Olive Oil
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar
Juice from 1 lime Lime
1 clove, minced Garlic
1 seeded, finely chopped Jalepano
1 tablespoons chopped Cilantro
2 tablespoons Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoons Cumin
1 tablespoon Chili Powder

    It's this easy...

    Blend everything together. Put the flat iron steak in a small baking dish or a ziplock bag. Add the marinade and put in the refrigerator for between 6 and 24 hours turning the meat every few hours to ensure even coverage.

    Cook on the BBQ to desired doneness.

    Let the meat rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing then make sure you slice it thin. Serve with tortilla's, pico, salsa, rice and beans.
